Returns Policy
You may return any PipePalz™ web purchase(s) made from our online shop www.pipepalz.com within 14 days of the merchandise delivery date. All refunds will incur a 15% restocking fee on the total purchase amount of your order. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of it’s original delivery date. Returns will only be issued a refund if all items are fully functional, sealed, unused and in its original packaging.
Package the item(s) securely and ship them to PipePalz Returns Processing using the address listed below. Please make sure your package is prepaid, as we are unable to accept C.O.D. returns.
